Chef Notebook

The one pan that may truly do it all. Wide enough to cook without crowding — so you can get the perfect caramelization instead of steaming. The deep walls and generous capacity can handle stews, frittatas, or even braising with the lid. And of course, high heat and cast iron are a match made in searing heaven: get it ripping hot to nail that proper crust on steaks, lamb chops, or duck breast.

Our distinctive, herb-inspired Shiso Green adds natural warmth and personality to your stovetop while the cast iron construction adds serious depth to your cooking. The double-layered enamel coating, inside and out, stays beautiful through years of use and won't absorb odors or flavors. A matte black enamel interior requires no seasoning and improves with every use. Transitions beautifully from stovetop to oven to table and will age gracefully through years of use.
